Olympic Gymnast Aly Raisman Fires Back at Airport Body-Shamer

Olympic gymnast Alexandra Raisman took to Twitter after being body-shamed while going through airport security.

The two-time Olympian explained to her followers that a woman at the TSA told her she recognized her muscular arms. She said a man at the TSA stared and her and said he “didn’t see any muscles.”

Raisman tweeted that she believes a man who cannot compliment a girl is “sexist.”

The Massachusetts native continued to tweet about the incident and how the judgement from the TSA officer was out of line.

“I work very hard to be healthy & fit. The fact that a man thinks he judge my arms pisses me off I am so sick of this judgmental generation.”

Raisman was the captain of the winning 2012 and 2016 U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics teams.
