Boston Police said a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle early Wednesday morning has died.
Police received a call at 5:17 a.m. informing them of a hit-and-run at 85 E Newton Street.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and later died.
The investigation is ongoing.
