PD: 2 Men Dumped Woman's Body in Woods After Overdose

West Warwick and Coventry police say 44-year-old Michelle Farrell's body was discovered early Saturday morning

Two Rhode Island men are accused of dumping a woman's body in the woods after she died of a heroin overdose.

West Warwick and Coventry police say 44-year-old Michelle Farrell's body was discovered early Saturday morning.

Police allege Farrell overdosed at the Coventry home of 58-year-old Robert Perry and that Perry and Farrell's boyfriend, 54-year-old Lloyd Baker, loaded her body into a car and dumped it in the woods.

They say the death could have been prevented if the two had called 911.

Baker and Perry were arrested Sunday and charged with failure to report a death and violating the terms of their bail or probation.

The two men already face charges of allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2014. It couldn't immediately been determined if they had lawyers.
