The parents of a toddler who died at his babysitter's apartment in Woburn, Massachusetts, say they are donating his organs so his heart will beat on.

Sources told necn that the boy's name is Noah John Larson.

Noah was found unresponsive with his twin sister on August 15 and died on Thursday night.

The mother of the 15-month old posted on her Facebook page that her baby will now go on to save the lives of five children.

Noah's dad also wrote on his Facebook page that he doesn't understand why his son died but knows his son's story is not over.

"My son had a heart of a lion and that heart will carry on for another lion club to take," Noah's dad wrote.

Police are still investigating Noah's death. His twin sister is still recovering in the hospital but is expected to survive.

It's still not clear if the babysitter will be charged. Her child remains in custody of the Department of Children and Families.
