Bangor police say a female is dead following an early morning crash on Finson Road in the Maine city.
Police and rescue crews were called at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
The male driver was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Police did not release the identities of the people involved.
The investigation is continuing.
