A driver is charged with OUI after a crash that left a pedestrian dead Thursday in Malden, Massachusetts.
The crash happened at 58 East Border Rd. Cans and bottles were strewn across the ground after the victim, an elderly woman, was hit while collecting recyclables.
State police confirmed they had arrested the driver, who will be charged in the deadly OUI crash. He will appear in court Friday morning.
The victim's identity has not been released.
