A Massachusetts woman is dead after a crash involving a bus in Taunton, authorities confirmed.
State police confirm a fatal crash took place Monday morning at the intersection of Myles Standish Boulevard and John Hancock Street.
A 48-year-old Taunton woman driving a 2014 Jeep Cherokee died after a crash involving a Greater Attleboro Taunton Regional Authority bus being driven by a 56-year-old Rhode Island woman. The names of the victim and the bus driver have not been released.
No charges have been filed at this time, according to the Bristol district attorney's office.
The crash remains under investigation.
