Police in Maine say a quick-thinking neighbor was the reason they were able to catch a burglar in the act.
Thirty-five-year-old Jesse Reynolds of Westbrook was arrested at the scene on West Pleasant Street in Westbrook after a neighbor saw him stealing items from his former neighbor's home, authorities tell affiliate WCSH.
Reynolds faces several charges, including burglary and bail violations.
