A Massachusetts police chief is being treated for head injuries after crashing his motorcycle, the department confirmed.
According to Sturbridge Police, Chief Thomas J. Ford III suffered from a concussion and head trauma when he crashed Saturday night in Dudley.
No other vehicles were involved. Dudley Police are investigating.
In the department's statement, Sturbridge Police wished Ford a speedy recovery.
