Police: Deadly Shooting Suspect Turns Self in

Authorities say the suspect in a deadly shooting in Massachusetts has turned himself in.

Essex district attorney's office says 19-year-old Justice Galarza of 28 Beckford St., Beverly, has been charged with murder.

Officers responded to a shooting at a residence on Ropes Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, where they found a 21-year-old man who had been shot in the chest.

The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to Beverly Hospital, where he died.

Galarza later turned himself in to Salem police, according to the DA.

The DA says Galarza and the victim knew each other.

Galarza will be arraignment Monday in Salem District Court.
