Police: Missing Boy Found

A police helicopter and canine units were called in to assist with the search

A 5-year-old boy who went missing during a hike in Rumney, New Hampshire on Wednesday has been found.

A New Hampshire State Police press release issued shortly before 4:30 p.m. said that state police, Rumney Police and New Hampshire Fish and Game were "actively searching for a lost/missing 5-year-old boy in the Quincy Bog Natural Area located off Quincy Road in Rumney." The boy reportedly became separated from adults along one of the trails.

State police said confirmed around 4:45 p.m. that the boy, whose name is Luke, had been found uninjured a short distance from the Quincy Bog.
