Police have arrested a suspect in an indecent assault in Boston's North End.
Thirty-six-year-old Wagner Nieto of Fall River, Massachusetts, is charged in the case.
Boston Police say they responded around 2:45 a.m. Saturday after a female victim reported being grabbed near Tileston and Wiggin Streets.
The victim told police that a man walked up behind her. When she turned, she says, they had a brief conversation before he assaulted her.
Wagner was arrested by the Boston Police Fugitive Unit in Fall River. He is expected to be arraigned Monday.
