A Texas man was arrested in Massachusetts Monday night after allegedly offering an underage teenager money for sex.
Framingham police say 25-year-old Robert Toney is charged with enticing a child under the age of 16.
The incident allegedly happened in the parking lot of Shopper’s World near an Olive Garden restaurant.
The teenager refused and the driver left.
Police put out a bulletin for a beige-colored car with Texas plates.
Toney was pulled over on North Main Street in Sherborn a short time later.
Toney is from Austin, Texas and is in the process of moving to Providence, Rhode Island according to investigators.
