Police Looking for Clues in Home Invasion Case in Sterling, Mass.

Sterling Police are looking for a second, unidentified vehicle the suspects used in their getaway

Police in Sterling, Massachusetts spent Wednesday chasing leads a day after a 70-year-old woman was bound with duct tape and robbed in her home.

"I have been robbed by three men and they have taken off with my 2004 black DeVille," the victim told a 9-1-1 operator in a call released by Sterling Police on Wednesday.

"How long ago were they in your house?" the dispatcher then asked the victim.

"About three minutes ago," the victim responded.  "They left they have to be in Sterling in my 2004 Deville."

Police Chief Gary Chamberland said investigators received a number of tips overnight. Late Tuesday afternoon, the victim's Cadillac was recovered about seven miles from her home.

Chief Chamberland said Mass. State Police and Worcester Police are also assisting investigators.

The victim was not injured. The chief said about $1,000 was stolen.
