Police: New Hampshire Man Accused of Assault Turns Self in

A New Hampshire man accused in a restaurant assault has turned himself, according to police.

Twenty-four-year-old Thomas Joy of 132 Rochester Hill Road, Rochester, turned himself into the Wakefield Police Department Sunday night around 10:15 p.m., Dover Police said.

He's been charged with one count of second degree assault stemming from an incident at the Dover Brickhouse restaurant in early April.

He's set to be arraigned Monday morning.
