Police: Man Crashes Car, Flees on Foot

Police have arrested a man accused of crashing his car after driving under the influence and fleeing from the scene on foot.

Police in Hudson, New Hampshire, have arrested a man accused of crashing his car after driving under the influence and fleeing from the scene on foot.

Officers responded to Robinson Road at 12:10 a.m. Friday for a report of a single-vehicle collision.

Officers observed a vehicle went off the paved portion of the road and into a ditch, sustaining some front-end damage.

The driver was located a short distance from the scene of the collision.

He was identified as Ian Delorme, 21, of Hudson, and was charged with conduct after an accident and DWI.

He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Nashua 9th Circuit Court on Nov. 6.
