Massachusetts police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man last seen in Lowell.
Authorities said Robert Ortiz, 28, of Methuen, was last seen on Monday at 29 Ash Street at about 2:30 p.m.
Ortiz has shoulder length, light brown hair, blue eyes, is 5'7" and weighs 168 pounds. He was last seen wearing black pants, a gray and white long sleeve shirt, a black sweatshirt and Nike sneakers.
Police said Ortiz has multiple arm tattoos and a Chinese symbol on his neck.
