Police Release Surveillance Photos After Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash in Medford, Massachusetts

41-year-old Alberto Flores of Somerville was killed after being struck by a car

Authorities have released surveillance photos more than two weeks after a hit-and-run crash left a man dead in Medford, Massachusetts, in the hopes of someone recognizing the vehicle.

Police say a driver hit 41-year-old Alberto Flores of Somerville at Wellington Circle around 4:15 a.m. on Sept. 25, and then fled the scene.

Flores was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Now officials with the Middlesex County district attorney's office shared photos of the suspect vehicle. It is believed to be between the model years of 2011 and 2015, possibly a Honda Civic, and either silver or gray in color.

There are large, black scuff marks under the right brake light and on the rear passenger side of the car, according to officials.

There is a neon light surrounding the license plate, which was not legible.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police at (781) 396-0100.
