A man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a car Monday morning in Brookline, Massachusetts, according to state police.
The preliminary investigation indicates that the car was turning left onto South Street from the VFW parkway (northbound side) when it was struck by the motorcycle traveling southbound on the VFW Parkway.
Michael Donlin, 35, of Jamaica Plain, who was riding the motorcycle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 53-year-old woman from West Roxbury driving the car was taken to Faulkner Hospital for treatment.
The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
