Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who robbed a Citizens Bank in a Shaw's Supermarket in Salem, New Hampshire, Thursday night.
Authorities said a man walked into the branch, threatened a bank employee and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. The employee told police the suspect indicated he was armed with a handgun, but did not display a weapon.
The employee described the suspect as a male in his early 30s, about 5'8" to 6' tall with a thin build and a "scruffy" appearance. He was seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray hat.
Police are asking anyone who may recognize the man to contact investigators at (603) 893-1911.
