Authorities in Portland, Maine, are asking for the public's help with finding a man wanted for approaching lone women at night from behind and assaulting them.

The second incident reported to police was by a 30-year-old Portland woman on May 24, who said the suspect grabbed her around the neck, strangled her and took her bra.

On May 27, police say a third Portland woman, 26, reported being assaulted by a man matching the suspect's description in mid-April. She told police the suspect walked up behind her and grabbed her, adding that she pepper-sprayed him and he fled.
