A Maine man says a driver who hit and killed his dog Monday night has come forward.
The dog's owner, Devin Firlotte, says the hit-and-run happened around 6:45 p.m. on Narrows Pond Rd.
Firlotte tells necn affiliate WCSH that his father was in the yard and "Lexi" was standing near the mailbox when she was hit.
The driver has not been identified.
