Police in Concord, New Hampshire, are looking for a woman accused of hitting a 16-year-old boy on a bicycle with her car, then driving away.

Police said the incident happened the morning of Jan. 14 at the intersection of Warren and North Spring streets. The boy approached a four-way stop at the same time as the car. He told police he waved the car through the intersection, but then saw the woman wave him on.

When he proceeded, so did the woman. Police said the car's right front bumper struck the rear wheel of his bike. The teen fell off and struck his shoulder on the ground. He said he could see her mouthing the words, "Oh, my God," as she drove off.

He was treated for a broken clavicle.
