Police: Victim Stabbed While Taking Out Trash

Police in Worcester, Massachusetts, are investigating after a man told police he was stabbed while taking taking out his trash early Saturday morning.

Around 1:15 a.m., police responded to the report of a stabbing on Paine Street. A 38-year-old victim told police that he was slashed several times on his arms and abdomen area. His injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

According to the victim's statement, he was throwing his trash out when three or four males approached and attacked him. The suspects then fled toward Lincoln Street.
