Police: Woman With Eyepatch, Wearing Patriots' Gear Robbed Bank

Police in Mansfield, Mass. say the suspect ran from Rockland Federal Credit Union on foot

A woman with an eyepatch fled on foot after robbing a Mansfield, Massachusetts, bank Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect who robbed the Rockland Federal Credit Union on Copeland Drive. Mansfield Police say the suspect ran down Henry Street after passing the bank teller a note.

Police say the female suspect is described in her early to mid-30s, was about 5-foot 4-inches with a medium build and had light brown hair pulled into loose bun at the time. The suspect reportedly had lots of bruises around her eyes, had a large square medical eyepatch over her right eye and wore sunglasses. Mansfield Police say the suspect wore layered clothing with a green New England Patriots t-shirt over another shirt and had on baggy gray sweatpants with a Patriots logo on the left pocket.
