Massachusetts State Police responded to a fatal crash on Route 6 in Sandwich Tuesday morning.
According to police, a Ford F350 driven by 45-year-old Michael Dalto of East Bridgewater crossed the median and hit a Honda Accord driven by 32-year-old Lawrence Barros of Centerville.
Barros was pronounced dead at the scene. Dalto was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with minor injuries.
The crash, at Exit 4, backed up traffic for about a mile. The road was closed at the exit for about three hours.
No charges have been filed at this time, but the crash is under investigation.
