Kiri Conneely, age 20, of Rochester, was transported to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital as a result of a traffic accident that occurred early Sunday morning.
At approximately 8:30AM, Rochester Police and Fire Departments responded to the intersection of Gonic and Gear Road for what was originally called a head-on collision.
Further investigation revealed that a black, Dodge Ram pickup, operated by 28-year-old Crespo Rivera of Manchester, NH, was stopped while turning onto Gear Road.
Coneely was traveling north-bound on Gonic Road when she struck the rear of Rivera's parked truck. She was quickly transported to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital as a precaution, and received only minor injuries.
No one else was injured in the collision.
