Police in Quincy, Massachusetts, arrested a woman who impersonated a police officer and used a stun gun.

According to the police department, Shunae Allen, age 25, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (stun gun) and Impersonating a Police Officer.

On Wednesday night officers responded to the area of Roche Brothers on Falls Blvd., for a report of an assault with a taser.

Once on scene, officers spoke with the victim and his girlfriend who said they were traveling on Quincy Ave., turning left onto Falls Blvd., when a black Landrover operated by a black female, pulled up behind them.

The operator, identified as Allen, was riding extremely close to the victim's car, honking her horn, and flashing her lights.

The victim and his girlfriend turned into the Roche Bothers parking lot and Allen followed.

She approached the passenger side, opened the door, and tasered the victim.

The victim told Allen he was calling the police when she replied she was an officer and had a license to carry the taser.

Allen returned to her vehicle and fled the scene.

Police were able to locate the black Landrover and arrested Allen later on.

She is scheduled to be arraigned in Quincy District Court on Thursday morning.

If convicted, Allen could face a fine of $500-$1000, or imprisonment of 6 months-2 1/2 years.
