Report: 3rd Orlando Shooting Victim With Mass. Ties Critical

A third victim of the Orlando, Florida, nightclub shooting has reported ties to Massachusetts.

The Lowell Sun reports that a former Leominster, Massachusetts, man is fighting for his life after being shot in the Pulse nightclub.

According to his brother, Jeffrey Rodriguez, who was born and raised in Leominster, was shot three times in the attack.

Rodriguez, who now lives in Orlando, is listed in critical condition.

His stepmother says he went to the club with a large group of friends and said he was among the 15 people who hid in a restroom.

Two other victims of the shooting had connections to Massachusetts.

Stanley Manolo Almodovar III and Kimberly "KJ" Morris both died in the attack. Almodovar, 23, attended elementary school in Springfield. Morris, 37, had lived in Northampton and Springfield for years before moving to Florida to care for her mother and grandmother.
