Resident Catches Break-In Suspect Stealing Video Games

Police say he stole video games from another apartment in the same building

A resident in New Bedford, Massachusetts, caught an armed break-in suspect stealing video games from her home Wednesday, according to New Bedford Police.

According to necn affiliate WJAR, police arrested Carlos Forty-Algarin after using a Taser on him.

He is accused of breaking into a Davis Street home. When the homeowner returned home and saw him, he apologized and fled with some video games.

Police say he stole video games from another apartment in the same building.

It is not known when he will appear in court or if he has an attorney.
