A school bus driver has been charged with operating under the influence of alcohol while carrying a high school cross country team in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
Fifty-nine-year-old Robert Murphy of Ashland was charged with his third OUI offense and a charge of driving to endanger.
Police responded after the Hopkinton High School cross country coach reported a concern that the driver was drunk at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Hopkinton Police stopped the bus as it was turning into the parking lot of the high school.
Murphy will be arraigned Monday in Framingham District Court.
