Sheet of Ice Damages Car Windshield

On Saturday around 10:50 a.m., police in Hudson, New Hampshire, responded to the incident on Route 111 near the Windham town line.

Police say a large sheet of ice caused serious damage when it came off of one vehicle and struck another.

On Saturday around 10:50 a.m., police in Hudson, New Hampshire, responded to the incident on Route 111 near the Windham town line.

The car that was struck was able to pull over, despite heavy damage to the windshield. The motorist, 35-year-old Lisa Beauchemin, and her two young daughters were not injured.

According to police, the driver of the van that the ice came from did not stop at the scene. They say that motorist is responsible for the damage caused to Beauchemin's vehicle.
