Police in Massachusetts say a man was taken to a hospital after he was shot Thursday afternoon.
Lawrence police say the shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. in the area of 107 Andover St.
Responding officers found a white Jeep with several bullet holes in it. The victim, a 31-year-old man, was inside the Jeep and had suffered an apparent gunshot wound.
He was taken to an area hospital with what was believed to be a non-life-threatening injury.
A suspect has not been named.
The incident remains under investigation.
