In a seesaw game that featured seven lead changes, the Patriots came out on the short side, losing to the Seahawks 31-24. (Published Monday, Nov. 14, 2016)

Sunday night was an instant classic. Two heavyweights going toe-to-toe in a primetime affair. For once this season, a game that lived up to the hype. It's pretty rare for a sequel to equal the original, but Sunday night's contest was about as thrilling of a regular season game as you can get.

It felt like another Super Bowl. Many are hoping for a rematch come February. Don't count me as one of them.

Don't get me wrong. You can't find two more evenly matched teams. The Seahawks have replaced the Giants as the NFC team Patriots fans don't want to see in the Super Bowl. Seattle defeated New England in Russell Wilson's rookie season on a late TD, beat them in their own building last night, and were one play away from dropping Brady and Belichick to 3-3 in Super Bowls back in 2015.

The games are amazing, but Seattle isn't afraid of New England, and that's more than half the battle. Many teams come to Foxboro scared to get off the bus (I'm looking at you Houston and Cincinnati). The Seahawks came into Foxboro on a short week, flying cross country, and took it to a team that had two weeks to prepare. From big hits to key turnovers and obviously a goal line stop, Seattle proved once again that their window for another title is still wide open. They still might be the best team in the NFC, and that's a scary proposition for the Pats.

Obviously there's a long way to go until February. But give me Dallas. Give me Atlanta. Give me anyone but the Seahawks in Houston. I'm sleepless with Seattle, and the Patriots should be too.
