State police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a minor and said it's the second time he's been arrested on sexual assault charges in one month.
Marc Caldon, 23, of Stafford Springs, was arrested Dec. 28, 2015 on a warrant stemming from an investigation into accusations that he sexually assaulted a minor, police said.
The investigation started after a complaint on Nov. 13 and the arrest warrant was approved on Dec. 23 by GA-19 Rockville Superior Court. Details about the incident were not immediately available.
Caldon is charged with illegal delivery of alcohol to a minor and fourth degree sexual assault. He was released on $50,000 bond and expected in court on Jan 19.
Police said he was accused of sexually assaulting a different victim and arrested earlier in the month.
On Dec. 11, he was charged with three counts of illegal sexual contact, risk of injury to a child, three counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree sexual assault.
He was released from custody on those charges and is due in court on Jan. 22 on those charges.
