A man accused of burglarizing the New Hampshire Statehouse is now behind bars in Florida. Police reportedly arrested him during a routine traffic stop.
Security cameras captured the incident in the early morning of mid July. Authorities say James Polito tried to break into tn ATM and damaged two historic portraits on the third floor. Polito will be charged with felony burglary and felony criminal mischief.
