A store clerk is facing larceny charges after police said he may have taken advantage of a woman who didn't read her winning scratch ticket properly

A Winchester, Massachusetts, store clerk is facing larceny charges after police said he may have taken advantage of a woman who didn't read her winning scratch ticket properly.

Last November, police say a woman brought her winning scratch ticket to the clerk at "RD’s Deli and Market," and thought it was for $1,000.

The clerk, 57-year-old Chang Cho, spoke in another language to his wife, who then grabbed her pocket book and gave the woman $1,000.

Police say the ticket was actually worth $10,000.
