A Springfield, Massachusetts, store owner will be arraigned Friday in connection with EBT fraud.

Julio Rodriguez, 55, owns Bethania's Fish and Meat Market.

Authorities discovered Rodriguez had allegedly furnished cash to customers for half of the amount charged to their EBT card account.

He's allegedly collected $30,000 worth of EBT transactions each of the last few months.

The Attorney General’s office said Rodriguez was also operating illegal gaming machines.
