A man accused of killing one man and wounding another in a stabbing outside a home in Milford, Massachusetts, was arraigned Monday.
The Worcester County District Attorney's Office says two men exited a car on Sunday afternoon and confronted a third man who came out of the home.
Jeremy Robin, 19, told police that 21-year-old Timothy Commerford and 56-year-old Richard Garcia had a knife, and that he was able to take it from them.
Robin's mother and girlfriend say they tried to intervene, and that the men began attacking them, as well. Robin allegedly stabbed both. Prosecutors say he stabbed Garcia in the back when his mother became involved.
The two injured men were taken to hospitals. Commerford later died from his wounds, and Garcia remains in critical condition.
Court documents show Robin has a history, including criminal harassment and shoplifting. In one case, he told police he was an addict, according to the documents.
Bail was set at $100,000 cash for Robin, who has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. It's unclear if he'll face additional charges.
