A 17-year-old bicyclist was hit by a car Tuesday afternoon in Newton, Massachusetts, police confirm.
The male victim was struck near the intersection of Walnut Street and Duncklee Street. He was transported to Boston Children's Hospital.
The driver, who remained on the scene, claims not to have seen the bicycle.
The victim's condition was not immediately known.
