A teenager riding a bicycle was seriously injured after being struck by an SUV in Newton, Massachusetts, Friday night, according to police.
The incident happened in front of 425 Watertown St.
The teenager was rushed to a Boston hospital. Police say it appears he was not wearing a helmet.
The driver of the SUV, 63, stayed at the scene.
