A woman from Hyannis, Massachusetts claims the $1,000,000 Powerball prize won in the multi-state game's drawing held on Saturday.
Judith Hudson, matched the first five winning numbers on her Quic Pic ticket to win the prize. She claimed her prize on Tuesday at the Massachusetts State Lottery'a Braintree headquarters.
Hudson plans on using the prize money to pay off her mortgage and her remaining car payments before investing the rest.
She purchased her winning ticket at AM/PM Convenience located at 489 Bearses Way in Hyannis. That store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale.
