Three people were rescued from the Merrimack River in Newburyport, Massachusetts, on Friday morning.
The Coast Guard confirmed the call came in around 7:30 a.m for a 32-foot pleasure craft that ran aground.
All three people rescued, two males and one female, suffered minor injuries. They were all taken to the Coast Guard station and then to a local hospital.
The Newbury and Salisbury Fire Departments responded as well.
