Felony charges against a former town planner in Plaistow, New Hampshire, were dropped as part of a plea deal.

Police said they arrested Leigh Komornick in November of 2014 on multiple counts of fraud and forgery charges.

At the time, she was charged with 19 counts of identity fraud, 19 counts of forgery, 19 counts of computer related crimes, and one count of criminal trespass.

According to the Union Leader, Komornick was given a deferment that allowed her to avoid the felony charges in exchange for admitting to accessing email accounts.

Komornick reportedly was set to receive a fully suspended jail term of two months and perform 300 hours of community charges.
