Interstate 84 East in Plainville was closed after a tractor-trailer carrying milk flipped early Tuesday morning, but two lanes are getting by.
No one was injured in the crash by exit 34, but the road was closed for hours.
Crews from the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection responded to remove fuel from the truck and crews from Consumer Protection were also called for an inspection.
The highway is expected to close again to remove the truck.
