Investigators are trying to determine what caused a truck dealership fire in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The flames broke out at Dario Diesel shortly before 8 Monday night and the fire quickly rose to three alarms.

The fire chief said hazardous materials in side made it difficult to battle the fire. Firefighters had air tanks to help breathe.

One nearby resident said he got to the scene before fire crews arrived.

He said, "We saw the flames through the black smoke. We got here before anybody was here. There was one police car here. And we roll up, and I'm telling you, there flames were hot."

Another witness said it seemed as if the fire was under control until the flames began to engulf the building.

Streets are open to traffic.
