    Two Dead, Three Injured After Cars Collide

    North Kingstown, Rhode Island, Police are investigating a fatal accident that left two dead after two cars collided Saturday night.

    The accident occurred around 11:30 P.M. at the intersection of Route 4 and West Allenton Road. Police say a vehicle traveling southbound swerved into the northbound lane and was struck by a vehicle traveling north.

    A 25-year-old man and a 19-year-old man in the vehicle traveling southbound were fatally injured and a third passenger is in serious condition at Rhode Island Hospital.

    The two passengers of the vehicle traveling northbound sustained injuries but are expected to recover.

    The names of the victims have not be released.
