    Boston Police say three people were hospitalized on Wednesday after a serious crash in Roxbury. (Published Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016)

    Police in Boston say three people were taken to the hospital, one with life-threatening injuries, after a crash in Roxbury Wednesday afternoon.

    According to witnesses, a Land Rover flipped over on Warren Street and at least two people were trapped inside.

    Boston Police were on scene in the city's Roxbury neighborhood for a crash at Warren Street and Martin Luther King Blvd. No word on the extent of injuries at this time. (Published Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016)

    The owner of the vehicle told necn that the SUV was stolen from her home in Jamaica Plain between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Wednesday.

    Cell phone video captured the moments immediately after the crash as first responders tried to free the people inside.

    Two other vehicles were also hit.

    "It was a real hard bang," said Brenton Forbes, one of the drivers who was hit. "It pushed me. I was just nervous."

    Warren Street near Hazelwood Street was shut down for hours as police investigated.
