The left lanes of Interstate 95 in Greenwich, Connecticut, are closed in both directions after a crash involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle that is teetering on the barrier in the center of the highway.
The crash is in the area of exit 4 and photos from the scene show what appears to be a van or SUV stuck on the median.
Delays are building. On the southside of the highway, there are delays from Stamford.
On the northbound side of the highway, there are delays from the state line.
