Crews have stopped the flow of water down Main Street in Concord following a water main break near New Hampshire's State House, where construction crews have been working on renovations.
The street had been partially closed off Tuesday morning as construction workers continued digging for the Concord Main Street Project. The water stopped flowing shortly before 10 a.m.
Water was shut off at Main Street businesses. Other areas of the city could see low or no water pressure, and discoloration in the water.
A groundbreaking ceremony to mark the Concord Main Street Project is scheduled for Monday, April 20.
